These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between the business entity (hereinafter "the Member") and MyCleaningNetwork, operated by NextUnion Ltd. By signing up, the Member accepts these Terms in full.
"Platform" refers to the online portal operated by MyCleaningNetwork. "Member" refers to the business that has enrolled in the membership. "Agreement" refers to these Terms, which form the basis of the collaboration.
Membership is intended for registered cleaning businesses only. MyCleaningNetwork reserves the right to decline or terminate memberships without compensation if platform rules or community conduct standards are violated.
Membership is available as either a Quarterly Plan or an Annual Plan (25% discount). Fees are billed upfront and processed automatically via a secure payment system. Late payments may result in a £10 / $10 reminder fee and temporary suspension of access without notice.
Membership is binding for the selected period (quarter or year). Cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 14 days before renewal. No partial refunds are issued for active paid periods. MyCleaningNetwork reserves the right to cancel memberships with 30 days' notice.
Members are granted access to exclusive tools, leads, and resources. Sharing login details or misusing the platform for illegal or unrelated business activities is strictly prohibited.
All content including software, design, databases, and materials on the Platform is owned by MyCleaningNetwork or its licensors. Nothing in this Agreement grants ownership or redistribution rights to the Member without prior written consent.
Both parties agree to treat confidential information regarding each other and other Members with discretion. Confidentiality obligations survive termination and remain in force indefinitely.
Neither party is liable for failure to fulfill obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including war, natural disasters, cyberattacks, pandemics, or changes in law.
The Member may not assign or transfer this membership without written consent. MyCleaningNetwork may assign the Agreement in the event of a merger, acquisition, or restructuring.
All key communication will be sent via email. It is the Member’s responsibility to keep contact details updated. Platform notices are considered delivered 48 hours after being sent.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in London, UK.
These Terms take effect upon registration and remain valid as long as the membership is active. Changes must be in writing. If any clause is deemed invalid, the remaining clauses remain enforceable.
